The Keto diet seems to be getting a lot of attention these days. For those of you like me, who are not nutritionally savy, I will give a brief definition of the Keto diet.
Basically, it boils down to working with your body and training it to burn fat before it burns anything else. By drastically decreasing your intake of carbohydrates, your body enters ketosis (ahem- keto, remember?) and as a result begins to use fat for energy as opposed to carbs.
