I don't know about you, but I have a hard time planning time to actually cook breakfast before work.
For a long time, I didn't even eat breakfast. I had a giant thermos of coffee and by 10 am I was shaky and starving.
So, I got smart and started focusing on having some sort of protein for breakfast each morning, whether I felt like eating or not. This allowed me to stop overeating at lunch, and it evened out my blood sugar so I didn't feel shaky or lightheaded in the morning.
