One of the hardest things about starting a new way of eating, is making time to learn about your new lifestyle. There are tons of articles and information out there on the Internet about keto.
A few quick searches and you can see that keto recipes can be intimidating.
You start scrolling and see ingredients you don’t recognize or currently cook with.
And just like that….motivation gone, overwhelm on overdrive.

What is the keto diet?
Basically, it boils down to working with your body and training it to burn fat before it burns anything else. By drastically decreasing your intake of carbohydrates, your body enters ketosis (ahem- keto, remember?) and as a result begins to use fat for energy as opposed to carbs.
This change allows for weight loss and a variety of other health benefits including decreased risks for many life threatening diseases.
SO. KETO= VERY LOW CARBS + MODERATE PROTEIN + GOOD FAT
So let’s take the intimidation factor out of keto.
You can make keto meals quickly and they don’t have to be complicated.
You don’t have to introduce new ingredients if you don’t want to.
And you don’t have to spend all of your time meal prepping. Even though you can meal prep really quickly on keto.
So, if the time comes and you need something super quick to make for a keto meal, you can absolutely find it.
