17 Keto Dinners Made in 30 Minutes or Less

Monday through Friday. Like many, I work a 9-5 job and am completely exhausted when I get back home. All I want to do is relax with my hubs and puppies. I can certainly say that I do NOT want to cook for over an hour as soon as I step in the door! 

The quicker the meal is to prepare, the more likely I am to resist the urge to run through the drive thru or eat something unhealthy.

If you are looking to switch up your diet and ultimately to lose some weight, the Keto Diet is where its at.

This change allows for weight loss and a variety of other health benefits including decreased risks for many life  threatening diseases. 

SO. Keto= very low carbs + lots of protein + good fat
